So, our customer    must be well informed about expected wear parts and must   be    supplied    with good quality and affordable spare parts as and when    required. -  Only good quality components must be used in the assembly and    manufacture of our equipment. - Each and every step of manufacturing, and incorporation of a bought out   component must be properly recorded and archived in our records so as   to provide better service to our customers in future. - Parts found to be defective due to material, or workmanship must be   replaced
