Design & Construction features available:-

• Extra long screw conveyors can be supplied with multiple in line screw scrolls coupled with hanger bearings

• Various types of Hanger bearings are used according to overall design requirement & type of material handled

• Special design are used for screw conveyors used in high temperature service

• Screw scroll can be provided with wear strip welded on or wear strip bolted on for handling very abrasive materials

• Conveyor end bearings can be also of outboard design

• Reverse last flight, at either or both, pick up or discharge end, can be provided

• Shaft sealing with suitable type seals, single or multiple with felt inlay, or of packed gland design can be provided.
